Residential Property Manager in City of London

A super‑prime, prominent London estate is seeking a High Net Worth Property Manager to manage the Estate’s High Net Worth Assured Shorthold portfolio in a blended portfolio and property management position. Key areas of responsibility include:

• Portfolio management: Managing a prime portfolio of high‑value residential properties occupied by high‑net‑worth tenants.

\n

• Lettings and marketing: Overseeing the full marketing and letting process, working closely with agents.

\n

• Tenancy documentation.

\n

• Renewals and rent reviews.

\n

• Repairs and maintenance.

\n

• Projects and larger works.

\n

• Compliance and statutory records.

\n

• Tenant and stakeholder communication.

\n

\n

\n

Candidates should have:

\n
• A minimum of five years’ experience in the prime residential lettings sector, with a demonstrated background in both portfolio management and property management, ideally within Central or West London.

\n

• Previous experience managing or supporting a high‑net‑worth residential portfolio.

\n

• ARLA certification or an equivalent property management qualification.

\n

• Excellent customer service skills.

\n

• Strong legal and compliance knowledge.

\n

• High personal standards of delivery.

\n

• Diplomacy to navigate varying cultural communication styles.

\n

• Residential negotiation acumen.

\n

\n

The salary for this position is dependent on prior experience. In addition there is a generous benefits package included.
