About the role

We are working with an exceptional medium-sized project and building consultancy that brings a fresh innovative approach to surveying and has an exceptional tier one client base including leading industrial and commercial developers and landed estates. Due to expansion they are looking for an Associate Director level Building Surveyor to lead the Dilapidations and Technical Due Diligence (TDD) work in their London office.

Key responsibilities

  • Take over a large remit of dilapidation and TDD work from an existing director.
  • Oversee development monitoring and project work of office CAT A/B fit‑out and industrial schemes between £100,000 and about £5 million.

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified with a BSc in Building Surveying.
  • 5+ years PQE experience with a focus on Dilapidations and TDD preferably within the industrial, retail or office sectors.
  • Personality: Fun, social, ambitious and commercially astute.
