The Company is a privately owned commercial property company seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Asset Management team in the day-to-day running and facilities management of their Central London managed office portfolio.

Role responsibilities:

  • Based on site at one of the office locations with a roaming role around the London assets.
  • Shared responsibility for the day-to-day smooth running of the London sites.
  • Being part of the property management team responsible for looking after Tenants.
  • Gaining a particular understanding of the Hard Services set ups across all sites.
  • Helping to monitor the PPM across all sites.
  • Attending first call out for any issues and coordinating necessary next steps.
  • Understanding of IT and tech set ups in each building and providing basic tenant support.
  • Responsibility for monitoring lift servicing and following up lift insurance inspections across all sites.
