A central London estate with a prime portfolio is seeking an Asset Manager to join them on a c. 14/15 month fixed term contract (length will depend on the successful candidate's notice period). Working on a prime retail and mixed-use asset portfolio, the role will provide day to day asset management and leasing support for the portfolio including:
- Supporting the Head of Asset Management and inputting into the portfolio’s strategic direction and business plan.
- Assisting with the review, preparation and implementation of asset plans.
- Driving sustainable rental growth through new leasing initiatives, rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Identifying opportunities and overseeing the delivery of small works projects and development initiatives.
- Managing external consultants, contractors and agents.
- Developing relationships with existing retailers and key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in asset management, with a good landlord and tenant focus.
- Experience working with high profile retail or mixed use portfolios or estates in central London.
- In the range of 4-6 years’ PQE though there is some flexibility on this.
Remuneration will depend on prior experience but will be competitive and this person will also be eligible for a full suite of corporate benefits and a bonus (dependant on start date).
