The Company: Our client, a leading investment management business that manages a multi-billion portfolio of which property is an asset class, is seeking an Acquisitions Associate to join their London based property team and focus on long income acquisitions.
The Role: This individual will support senior team members in all aspects of identifying, evaluating and acquiring structured products. Focused on completing acquisitions, role responsibilities will include:
- Market research
- Financial analysis
- Due diligence
- Contract negotiation
- Closing processes
- Working closely with Acquisition Manager and Fund Manager to agree fund strategies.
The Candidate:
- Demonstrable track record of assisting in debt transactions – analysis and DD
- Strong credit understanding
- Real estate debt or long income investment focused experience, ideally working within one of the insurance RE teams
- Strong cash flow analytical and due diligence skills
Pay range and compensation package: The basic salary will be dependent on experience, but the likely salary range is c. £80,000 – £95,000 plus a bonus and a range of corporate benefits including a market leading level pension.
