Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work within our Business Applications and Integration team, contributing to the design, development and support of integrations between enterprise applications and our data warehouse. The role focuses on delivering secure, reliable and well‑tested solutions that meet evolving organisational needs.

You will work across the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing integrations, through to development, testing, deployment and ongoing support. This includes working with a range of technologies across the Microsoft stack, including SQL Server, .NET (C#), and integration tooling.

Alongside development, you will play an active role in testing, documentation, and supporting services in a live environment ensuring a high standard of service for staff and students. The role also involves working with established ITIL‑aligned processes, including incident, problem, change and release management.

It’s an exciting time to join FX Plus, as our university partners continue to invest in digital capability and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to build your technical expertise while contributing to meaningful improvements in how systems and data are used across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience developing and supporting applications or integrations within a Microsoft‑based environment (e.g. C#, .NET, SQL Server), understanding of systems integration approaches, including APIs and web services and data transfer mechanisms.
