We are looking for an experienced People Change Partner to help leaders deliver strategic workforce initiatives and sustainable change across the University.
The role involves working alongside People Partners to enable the successful delivery of workforce and organisational change, translating business strategy into practical, sustainable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide specialist change expertise, workforce insight and data‑led analysis to inform decision‑making and support the implementation of workforce initiatives.
Work closely with leaders across academic and professional service areas to support the full lifecycle of change, from workforce planning and organisational design through to implementation and embedding new ways of working.
Ensure change is delivered in a way that is engaging, inclusive and aligned to our values, with a strong focus on staff experience and organisational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Level 5 HR qualification or equivalent experience.
- Recent and relevant experience leading organisational change in a complex environment.
- Sound knowledge of change management principles, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience using people data and insight to inform decision‑making and track progress of initiatives.
- Strong influence, tenacity and empathy; ability to quickly establish credibility and trusted relationships.
- Collaborative and flexible team worker.
- Ability to multi‑task confidently and competently.
