Fallow was founded by three individuals in May 2019, two chefs Jack Croft and William Murray, and career hospitality entrepreneur James Robson. As Senior Manager , you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of the restaurant, maintaining high service standards and a cohesive, driven team. Youll be instrumental in mentoring staff, driving operational consistency, and delivering on both financial and experiential goals.
