Following a successful pop-up, chef owners Jack Croft and Will Murray officially launched FOWL in October 2023, which can be found just around the corner from their flagship restaurant Fallow St. James’s. FOWL restaurant celebrates the nation’s favourite bird through an all-in, beak-to-feet menu concept, with the addition of monthly specials brought to you in collaboration with an epic line up of foodie icons. Offering both indoor and outside dining, FOWL is open for Lunch, Dinner & Cocktails.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and a vibrant atmosphere. You will lead by example, support and inspire the bar team, and play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high service standards.
  • Collaborate with the bar and restaurant senior leadership teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Support the development and training of bar staff, encouraging product knowledge and passion for hospitality.
  • Take a proactive, hands-on approach, working alongside the team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
About you:
  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bartender, or similar role in a busy, high-quality bar or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Genuine passion for drinks, hospitality, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for sustainability and innovation, aligned with our values.
