We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Procurement Specialist to join our developing HSCP Commissioning Team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated procurement professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes for people and communities and who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This role offers the chance to help shape ways of working while supporting the delivery of high-quality services that improve outcomes for local people. Working across a diverse portfolio of commissioned health and social care services, you will work with service leads to support activity across the full commissioning and procurement cycle, from service planning and market engagement through to procurement, contract management, review, and continuous improvement.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience of commissioning or procuring social care services, although applications from individuals with broader public sector procurement experience are also welcomed.
We're looking for someone with:
