We are looking for confident, flexible and nurturing residential childcare workers to join our experienced and committed staff team. The work provides opportunities to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people in our care by building lasting relationships and contributing to meaningful care and support plans.

Our service promotes relationship-based practice that is child-centred and trauma informed. We recognise the importance of regular professional supervision and provide significant training and development opportunities to our staff within Falkirk Council.

Our houses have been consistently highly rated by the Care Inspectorate and we are keen to improve the experiences of the young people in our care and to develop the service to meet the expectations of “The Promise”.

Staff are required to be able to register unconditionally with SSSC as a residential childcare worker. You must have the ability to be mobile across the Council area. If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
