Falkirk Council is looking for two dedicated, customer‑focused Receptionists to join our busy front‑line teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
In this role, you will handle a variety of enquiries, offering accurate information and ensuring customers are directed to the most appropriate services. A key part of your role will be supporting customers to access the advice and assistance available to them, while always maintaining a calm and courteous manner.
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines. You should be confident dealing with a busy and varied workload and able to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership. The cost of this must be met in full by the preferred candidate.
