Job Advert Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Senior Performance & Information Analyst.
The post provides an excellent opportunity to support services with data and analysis for performance management, strategic planning, service evaluation and quality improvement purposes.
You will work across a range of health and social care services, including with third and independent providers, and Council and NHS partners.
You will join our Performance and Information Team to support the delivery and development of performance management arrangements across the Partnership.
You will have a comprehensive understanding of performance management relating to health and social care services.
You will have experience in using a range of software packages to provide reporting and intelligence and preferably have an understanding of Local Authority and NHS data sources.
You will be able to demonstrate a wide knowledge of data mining, data analysis and data presentation techniques.
You will have excellent report writing skills and an ability to prioritise and work under your own initiative.
This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of office-based and home working.
The team is based at Falkirk Stadium and attendance at the office will be required to support collaboration, meetings and service needs.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check, the cost of which will be met by the preferred candidate.
