We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of marketing and communications activity across Falkirk Council services. Working closely with Marketing Officers and the wider Communications and Marketing teams, you’ll play an important role in coordinating campaigns, producing content, managing materials and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of marketing operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
  • Assist with creating, editing and publishing content for websites, social media, newsletters and promotional materials
  • Liaise with council services and design colleagues to gather information and manage timelines
  • Coordinate print materials and work with suppliers
  • Support social media activity and campaign reporting
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing team

What we are looking for… You’ll be organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in a marketing or office-based role is desirable, along with confidence using Microsoft Office.
