Falkirk Council is currently seeking ambitious, confident, highly motivated, sports-minded people to meet the needs of our customers at Mariner Leisure Centre.
You will be responsible for the supervision of swimming pools, all sports and activity areas of the centre and ensuring customer safety at all times. Leisure Attendants will also oversee equipment provision and facility cleanliness with customer care being delivered to the highest possible standard.
You will be a motivated person with integrity, a can-do attitude, and a customer service focused approach. Working as part of the venue team, you will add a positive dimension to customer visits and maintain the high service standards in place in Falkirk Council’s sport and leisure facilities. You will report to the Duty Officer and be expected to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm to guarantee maximum satisfaction from our customers.
You should ideally possess a current RLSS or STA Pool Lifeguard Qualification and previous experience of work within the leisure industry would be an advantage. We will consider candidates that are able to achieve the Pool Lifeguard Qualification within a stipulated timeframe.

You will work 37 hours per week. The shift rota contains early shifts, late shifts, and weekends.
