Are you a skilled joiner looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in maintaining and repairing buildings? We\’re looking for a joiner to join our team!

We\’re seeking a skilled and experienced joiner to join our building maintenance division. As a joiner, you\’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks including but not restricted to:

  • Install and maintain all types of timber and joinery work
  • Installing new fixtures and fittings
  • Carrying out general joinery work
  • Working at heights safely
  • Working with other maintenance staff to ensure buildings are kept in good condition
  • Undertake agreed bolt on skills training (e.g. small plasterwork patch) to provide a more effective and efficient service provision
  • Participate in an out of hours emergency service on a rotational basis

Have a Full Driving Licence with a Recognised / Registered Time Served Apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery. You will have the ability to work at heights safely, have good communication and teamwork skills as well as having the ability to work independently.
