Falkirk Council is looking for two dedicated and proactive Financial Inclusion Officers to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals and families to improve their financial wellbeing by providing advice on welfare benefits, income maximisation, budgeting, and effective money management. You will also help people access other essential services.

Your work will play an important part in reducing poverty, tackling inequalities, and ensuring everyone in our community can access the support they need. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a varied and fast‑paced environment.

This role requires an IRRV Level 3 Certificate in Local Taxation, Welfare Benefits and Administration, or an HNC (or equivalent qualification), or significant relevant experience. This post is temporary until March 2028 due to service requirement.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership. The cost of this will be met by the preferred candidate.
