As an essential part of the Dollar Park Dementia Service team, whose purpose is to enable people who have a diagnosis of dementia to live in their homes for as long as possible with the best possible quality of life. You will provide practical help, supervision and support in the home as well as the wider community on a one-to-one basis. Tasks undertaken will be dependent on the needs of the individual client and may include personal care tasks. You must have the ability to be mobile and flexible across the Falkirk Council area. You will work 20 hours per week, flexible working hours can include early evenings and weekend. This post is temporary until June 2028 due to service requirement.
