Falkirk Council is seeking two new permanent Social Care Officers (Living Well) to support Living Well Falkirk services. The Living Well Falkirk Team is based at the Forth Valley Sensory Centre and serves adults across Falkirk.
You will update the Living Well Falkirk website, deliver video and in-person appointments, and run information sessions for groups and professionals. These posts are permanent full-time roles (37 hours per week); part-time applications are considered.
