As an essential part of the Dollar Park Dementia Service team, whose purpose is to enable people who have a diagnosis of dementia to live in their homes for as long as possible with the best possible quality of life. You will provide practical help, supervision and support in a small group setting or one to one at home. Tasks undertaken will be dependent on the needs of the individual clients. You will offer support and respite to carers.

The successful candidate must be committed to registering with the SSSC when required. You must have the ability to be mobile and flexible across the Falkirk Council area. You will work on an as and when required basis. If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
