The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 Β£ per hour.
Based at Falkirk Library, Hope Street, Falkirk within the registration team on a casual basis you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Registrar/Registrar with the registration of births, deaths and marriages etc. You will also be expected to perform life event ceremonies (marriage, civil partnership, baby naming, renewal of vows and citizenship).
As this is a responsible public facing role the post-holder will be expected to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and have a calm and sympathetic approach when dealing with members of the public.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Level 1 Basic Disclosure Scotland check.
