We are looking for friendly, organised, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Callendar House Tearoom. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a welcoming team, serving our customers and supporting the catering operation within our historic venue.

Contract dates: 1 February – 1 August 2026

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and seating customers in the Tearoom.
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every guest has an enjoyable experience.
  • Assisting the catering team with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day service.

What we are looking for:

  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable individuals.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.
  • Catering experience and basic food preparation skills preferred, although training will be provided.

Role details:

  • Based in Callendar House Tearoom
  • Tearoom opening hours: 10am – 4pm, Wednesday to Monday (closed Tuesdays)
  • Average 24 hours per week (approximately 4 shifts)
  • Overtime opportunities available
