Falkirk Council’s Conflict Resolution Service has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Investigation Officer. The officer will investigate and manage serious and persistent incidents of antisocial behaviour. They will identify and apply a range of interventions, supports and legal remedies to protect residents of Falkirk to allow them to enjoy their home and community free from antisocial behaviour.

In addition, they will work to support people to change their behaviour in a positive way and support witnesses of antisocial behaviour.

We are looking for an individual educated to HND standard with experience of dealing with ASB and neighbour nuisance, and ideally with relevant mediation experience and/or training, preferably within a housing context.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
