This is an opportunity for two talented Building Standards professionals to play a key role in the delivery of Falkirk Council’s Building Standards service. The individuals will bring a strong sense of customer service, excellent communication, and an appetite for the delivery of development and continuous improvement. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team and have proven experience in delivering a quality Building Standards service. You are required to be flexible, innovative, and reactive to public demands and pressures.
Job Requirements:
- Educated to Degree Level or equivalent in Building Standards or a relevant discipline.
- Alternatively, the jobholders will require to hold full Chartered Membership of a construction related professional institute such as MRICS, MCABE, MCIOB, MBENG or equivalent.
- You must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
