Senior Fundraising Manager
Falkirk’s Mental Health Association (FDAMH) – 35 hours per week – £50,000.00 per annum.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Fundraising Manager to grow sustainable income and extend our impact across the Forth Valley and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Shape the organisation's fundraising strategy and create sustainable income streams.
- Build strong partnerships with donors and community stakeholders.
- Support vital mental health services in the community.
- Set and exceed fundraising targets, securing donations and legacies from a diverse range of sources.
- Lead fundraising growth and manage year‑on‑year performance.
Qualifications
- Degree‑level professional qualification relevant to the role.
- Significant, demonstrable experience in a similar fundraising role within a charity or not‑for‑profit organisation.
- Proven track record of exceeding fundraising targets and building unrestricted income streams.
- Ability to secure donations and legacies from diverse sources and achieve year‑on‑year growth.
