We are looking to hire for Credit Sales. This individual will drive growth in the credit book at FalconX and work with the sales team to optimize client experience. This role will be tasked with working with large complex clients, constantly raising the bar for success, and continuously establishing deep customer relationships, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow FalconX's Credit book of business
- Identify and qualify new prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional investors.
- Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & decision-makers
- Work cross-functionally with relevant departments & teams, such as Institutional Coverage, to deliver exemplary client satisfaction
- Partner with leaders to align sales deliverables with business strategy & objectives
- Research & attend relevant industry conferences as needed
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Direct experience in the crypto industry with at least 1 year at a crypto prime brokerage firm â deep knowledge of different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape
- Expertise with credit sales, offâplatform sales, and deep knowledge of the credit product
- Ability to quickly & successfully relay a value proposition
- Able to administer large complex clients
- Superior attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and timeâmanagement skills
- Ability to demonstrate a salesâminded, entrepreneurial, and teamâoriented mindset
- Be familiar with FalconX's products and services, including its trading and prime brokerage services
- An extreme passion for the crypto space
