Highly skilled ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) Specialist to join RSA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated tests within the ServiceNow platform using Jasmine and JavaScript. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow's ATF capabilities, scripting proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automated Test Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF). Write and execute test scripts using Jasmine and JavaScript to validate ServiceNow functionality, workflows, and integrations. Ensure test scripts are modular, reusable, and adhere to best practices.
- Test Execution Analysis: Execute automated test cases to validate ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and upgrades. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work collaboratively with developers and administrators to resolve issues. Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
