- Hands on experience in Sales and CPQ, Service Cloud.
- Hands on experience in Apex, Triggers, Test classes, Lightning Web Components.
- Understand business requirements, and provide work effort and duration estimation.
- Creation of Salesforce design and entity models configuration.
- Provide solution design and implement changes.
- Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.
- Perform code review, production support, incident management, service request, enhancements configurations for Salesforce application.
- Technical support for Salesforce application.
- Status reporting, excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Exposure to Agile methodology would be preferred.
- Guidance on integration and customization, design validation, drive solution using configuration.
- Integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi and Informatica, proficient in integration design, patterns, Rest/SOAP API.
- Data migration using tools like Data loader, import wizard.
- Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud, CPA, Service Cloud, System and Application Architect certified.
