Job Type: FTE
Lead design and development of Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions (Canvas/Model-driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Build custom connectors, actions, and REST API integrations; implement RAG and configure Semantic Index for context enrichment.
Develop AI Builder models and own model lifecycle (data prep, labelling, training, evaluation, retraining).
Apply ALM/DevOps for Power Platform deployments (environments, pipelines, packaging, versioning).
Design conversational flows, prompts and UX (adaptive cards); optimize agent performance and user adoption.
Ensure security, compliance, and Responsible AI governance across solutions; produce architecture docs and runbooks.
Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and drive POCs to production.
Must-have:- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and creating production agents.
- Deep Power Platform expertise: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and custom connectors.
- Proven integration experience via REST APIs, Azure Functions or Logic Apps.
- Experience with AI Builder, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and agentic AI patterns.
- Familiarity with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI / Azure AI) and cloud design patterns.
- ALM/DevOps experience for Power Platform solutions.
- Experience in use of MCP servers with agents.
- Strong understanding of advanced AI concepts such as multi-agent workflows, reasoning and decision engines, and autonomous agent design.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
