- Hands on experience in Automation (Web, API and Desktop) using Java, Python, Selenium, Rest Assured, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD.
- Expert in troubleshooting and debugging.
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Test Automation framework.
- Govern automation standards, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring consistent adoption across all teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Test Automation Engineers.
- Advocate for quality assurance & drive collaboration through COP to share knowledge and drive excellence.
- Embed Report Portal for enhanced test reporting and analytics.
- Define and track automation KPIs (e.g., coverage %, defect leakage, ROI) and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with robust feedback loops to accelerate delivery.
- Support teams in assessing automation feasibility, recommending appropriate tools, frameworks, and resources.
