We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead and facilitate agile delivery within a dynamic transformation program. The Scrum Master will ensure adherence to agile principles, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and maintain a consistent delivery cadence across multiple teams. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to enable high-performing teams and successful delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
- Ensure delivery cadence is maintained and sprint goals are achieved.
- Track progress using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) and provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Identify and remove impediments that block team progress.
- Escalate risks and issues promptly and work with stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
- Act as a liaison between development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and maintain delivery cadence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs or multi-team agile environments.
- Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks.
Work Environment:
- Collaborative, fast-paced, and delivery-focused environment.
- Hybrid working model with potential onsite presence during critical phases (4 days/week in London).
