Falconsmartit in London is seeking an IT Service Performance & Supplier Manager to govern and assure IT service performance across the EBRD ecosystem. You will chair service review meetings with in-house IT teams and suppliers to track metrics against SLAs, KPIs and KRIs.
You will develop governance standards, define reporting requirements, and maintain auditable artefacts for internal audits, while designing balanced scorecards and standard report packs for service reviews.
