Job Title: BCM Tech Lead
Job Location: Poland (remote)
Job type: 6 Months Contract
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow BCM Technical Lead to drive solution architecture, technical delivery, and team leadership for ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across ServiceNow platform development, BCM domain capabilities, integrations, and delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow BCM implementation and enhancement programs.
- Define solution architecture and technical design for BCM requirements.
- Drive implementation of: Business Continuity Planning, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Crisis Management , Recovery Strategies, Exercise & Testing Management, Operational Resilience capabilities
- Provide technical leadership to developers and project teams.
- Review technical designs, code quality, platform standards, and deployment strategy.
- Lead requirement workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Design complex integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party systems.
- Establish development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Support estimation, sprint planning, release management, and risk mitigation.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance across ServiceNow modules.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow BCM / IRM / GRC implementations.
- Strong understanding of: Business Continuity Management frameworks, Operational Resilience, Risk & Compliance concepts, BCM lifecycle processes
- Expertise in: JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scoped Applications, Advanced scripting, Platform security & ACLs
- Strong experience with enterprise integrations and API design.
- Experience leading technical teams and enterprise delivery programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-IRM/BCM must).
- Experience in solution architecture and enterprise transformation programs.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience in IRM, Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Vendor Risk, or SecOps.
- Knowledge of regulatory and resilience frameworks.
