Job Description

  • Advisory Leadership: Provide strategic and tactical guidance on implementing and optimizing banking products, with strong expertise in Payments, FX (Cross border), or Core Banking.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding of leading platforms (e.g., Mambu, Backbase) and their best practice implementation approaches.
  • Client Consultation: Partner with clients to analyze business needs and define tailored product solutions and roadmaps.
  • Implementation Guidance: Lead end to end product implementations from planning and design to deployment and post go live support.
  • Global Perspective: Leverage multi geography experience to advise on regional best practices, regulatory nuances, and market challenges.
  • Customization & Configuration: Configure and customize banking products to align with client processes and business objectives.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams to enable effective product adoption.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful delivery.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies; contribute to internal innovation initiatives.
  • Documentation: Prepare clear solution designs, implementation plans, and best practice guides.
