Falconedge is an innovative venture in the alternative investment space, focused on opportunities across hedge funds, alternatives, and digital assets, including crypto. As part of its long‑term growth plans, the company is exploring a future IPO while continuing to expand its visibility and credibility in global markets. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead fund manager acquisition for Falconedge, while also supporting relationship management, capital introductions, and investor engagement both pre- and post‑IPO.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and onboard talented fund managers to the Falconedge platform. Alongside this, you will help manage relationships with allocators, support capital‑raising initiatives, and play a key role in expanding Falconedge’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the acquisition of new fund managers onto the Falconedge platform.
  • Manage the full onboarding process and build long‑term partnerships with managers.
  • Support capital raising initiatives for Falconedge’s IPO and subsequent offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with allocators, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Develop and deliver compelling investor and manager presentations, pitchbooks, and materials.
  • Execute outreach strategies through calls, LinkedIn, events, and conferences.
  • Maintain CRM, pipeline reporting, and track engagement activity.
  • Contribute to Falconedge’s long‑term fundraising and growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years’ experience in business development, capital raising, or manager acquisition within hedge funds, asset management, or prime brokerage.
  • Strong existing network in hedge funds, alternative managers, or allocators is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to attract and onboard new fund managers or clients.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and results‑driven.
