SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies. The company is a middle-market, tech-enabled services company that is well positioned for increased profitability and poised to grow. Reporting directly to the CEO and indirectly to the Board of Directors, the CFO will be responsible for all aspects of financial accounting and reporting as a member of the senior leadership team responsible for driving business strategy and profitable growth in this company. This is a “roll up your sleeves” environment, with an all-around hands-on approach.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win, who can honor this company\'s past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate\'s background most likely includes:

  • Business Model: Tech services or Retail
  • Functional: 15+ years of progressive financial management experience including, ideally, a minimum of 3-5 years of either CFO experience or key #2 experience
  • Orientation: Technical proficiency in inventory accounting and an understanding of ERP, CRM, and relevant billing dependencies is required
  • Private Equity: Required
