Location: Shipdham, Norfolk
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5.00pm, with an unpaid lunch break of half an hour.
Salary: £28,000.00 to £32,000.00 per annum, to be discussed on application.

The Role:
Working closely with employees, Line Managers, Trainers and external Training Providers, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering employee training, testing, qualifications, industry cards and occupational medicals. You will ensure that training and compliance requirements remain up to date, proactively manage renewals and maintain accurate records across the Company's training and compliance systems. The role will also involve arranging training courses and medicals, maintaining training schedules and logs, processing training-related requisitions and purchase orders, supporting CITB Training Grant administration and producing training reports. A key requirement of the role is advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including the ability to use Conditional Formatting and Pivot Tables to monitor compliance and produce meaningful reports.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a training, compliance or administrative role.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Conditional Formatting and Pivot Tables.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience maintaining records, databases or compliance documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Confident liaising with employees, Line Managers and external providers.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Desirable:
- Experience within the construction, engineering, transport, lifting or plant industry.
- Knowledge of CPCS, CSCS, ECS, NPORS, ALLMI or similar industry certification.
- Experience with training matrices, occupational medicals or CITB Training Grants.
