Working Hours: Two Shift Patterns available Monday to Friday – Basic Hours:
- 7:30am to 4.00pm, with an unpaid lunch break of half an hour. Overtime available and paid at time and half.
- 3:00pm – 11:30pm, with an unpaid lunch break of half an hour. Overtime available and paid at a premium rate.
Salary: £15.00 per hour to £18.50 per hour. To be discussed on application and dependant on experience.

Falcon Group are seeking to recruit a Commercial Painter to join our Shot Blast and Painting Team. Comprehensive training and continual support to help you excel in the role will be provided, with the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career within the Company.
The Role:
Working at the Shipdham Depot, you will be responsible for carrying out duties in relation to the preparation, shotblasting and painting of various equipment which will include but not limited to, tower cranes, pumps, containers, vehicles, crane ancillary equipment, and any external projects which may arise.
What we are looking for:
Experience and Qualifications:
- ICORR Certification in Bronze and Silver Paint or NACE equivalent.
- Experience in commercial painting.
- Experience with conventional and Airless Spray Equipment.
- The ability to use single pack/multi component materials.
- The ability to read and follow a technical data sheet.
- The ability to straighten and repair body work would be useful but not essential.
