Falcon Timber is seeking a well connected and commercially driven Sales Director to lead and accelerate growth within its Fire Door Division. This is a pivotal role focused on executing a clearly defined 3–5 year strategic plan, delivering measurable sales growth, and strengthening Falcon Timber’s position within the door and fire door market.
This role requires an established industry leader with strong commercial and technical capability — a recognised figure with the credibility, relationships, and influence to drive growth across customers, competitors, and associated supply chain partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Falcon Timber’s existing 3–5 year Door Division strategy with pace, discipline, and a clear focus on results
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Act as a key industry representative for Falcon Timber, reinforcing its leadership in compliant door solution
- Own and deliver divisional sales budgets, forecasts, and pipeline
- Position Falcon Timber as a market leader in fire door compliance and EN readiness
- Manage the Technical department, ensuring the testing pipeline aligns with business strategy and is delivered on time and within budget
