Structural Crack Repair Operative, with bricklaying or plastering background with minimum NVQ level 2 trade qualification.
Must be hard working, presentable and reliable with clean driving licence.
Works will primarily be South London, South East and South Coast but with some working in North, East and West London.
You would be often working in small teams of 2-4 on sites typically in or around domestic properties.

- Crack Repairs and Reinforcement works
- Render Repairs
- Some multiskilled/carpentry works
Qualifications
Previous experience within the construction industry working on domestic projects with a recognised skills qualification.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of clients and construction professionals
- Presentable
- Problem‑solving and common sense thinking.
- Ability to read and understand the schedules of work and drawings.
- CSCS Card or other recognised basic H&S training
- Full driving licence.
