Key services include complex structural repairs, masonry repairs, concrete repairs, structural anchoring, underpinning, mini-piling and reinforced concrete works, as well as insurance-related reinstatement for subsidence, fire, flood, and impact damage. Role Description: This full-time on-site role works out of our Watford office and involves providing structural repair services on sites across London and the South East. The Structural Repair Operative will become part of a team responsible for delivering high-quality repair solutions using both modern and traditional techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate execution of repair plans
- Ensuring site safety
- Collaborating with team members to meet project requirements
Experience:
- In the construction industry
- From a bricklaying or plastering background
- Experience in structural repairs and repair methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 trade qualification in bricklaying or plastering would be preferable but not essential
- CSCS Card
- Full clean driving license is preferred
