Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years deploying or supporting Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Workday certification in Adaptive Planning.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning and relevant finance processes, principles and analytics.
- Experience designing and building complex workforce planning models.
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM
- Experience with Agile delivery
