We are looking for an experienced SAP Practice Lead to join our presales team. This role is pivotal in shaping our SAP strategy, driving solutions that enhance our clients' operations and deliver unparalleled value. You will leverage your extensive expertise in SAP solutions to lead a team of consultants and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on leading implementation projects
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for our SAP practice, aligning it with the overall business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, translating them into effective SAP solutions
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices in SAP implementations and upgrades
- Develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP-related matters
- Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the practice
- Proven track record of managing SAP projects, from initial scoping through to delivery and support
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, or HCM and their integration within a business context
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent
- Experience in a consulting environment and working with clients across various industries
