We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Test Lead to support our testing activities across Workday Financials and other Finance platforms. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Workday Financials and other Finance systems and has the relevant testing expertise in Treasury Management Systems, such as FIS Integrity or Kyriba ensuring that all testing procedures meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the testing activities for the Finance, Workday & Treasury platforms, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes related to Finance, Treasury Management Systems, and Payments Factory.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and detailed test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday enhancements and new modules.
- Experience in Non-Functional Testing (NFT), risk assessments and any other performance related testing for Workday Financials.
- Identify and document defects, working with functional, technical & vendor teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Establish and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
- Provide training and support to team members on testing best practices and tools.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing status and risks.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Test Lead in Workday or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
- Exposure in Treasury Management Systems and Payments Factory.
- Exposure to data warehouses such as Snowflake MDA.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certification(s) is a plus.
- Any experience with Data Masking or Data Obfuscation for the purpose of testing.
- Any Workday test experience involving PRISM and Accounting Centre.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
