Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own target-state integration architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
- Lead end-to-end integration delivery across multiple systems and teams.
- Design event-driven, API-first, cloud-native solutions (NATS, REST, async messaging).
- Create architecture artefacts (blueprints, APIs, ADRs).
- Act as integration authority across platforms and stakeholders.
- Mentor teams on integration patterns, API governance, and best practices.
- Drive use of AI tools to improve development efficiency.
Tech Stack:
- Integration: Event-driven architecture, NATS (or Kafka/Pulsar), messaging patterns.
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST/gRPC.
- Cloud: AWS (EKS/ECS, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, Terraform).
- API: OpenAPI/AsyncAPI, versioning, governance.
- Frontend: React/TypeScript (working knowledge).
Domain Expertise (any of these):
- Real-Time Ledger (accounting, event sourcing).
- Payments (SWIFT, ISO 20022, settlement).
- FX (trade lifecycle, rates, positions).
- Risk/Limit Management.
- Client onboarding (KYC, account setup).

- 15+ years in tech, 5+ years in integration architecture.
