Job type: FTC 1 Year - Hybrid - 4 days office

Mandatory Hands-on Integration Architect for Project Compass, driving real-time Ledger (RTL), Payments, and FX systems integration within a large banking platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own target-state integration architecture aligned with enterprise standards
  • Lead end-to-end integration delivery across multiple systems and teams
  • Design event-driven, API-first, cloud-native solutions (NATS, REST, async messaging)
  • Create architecture artefacts (blueprints, APIs, ADRs)
  • Act as integration authority across platforms and stakeholders
  • Mentor teams on integration patterns, API governance, and best practices
  • Drive use of AI tools to improve development efficiency

Tech Stack

  • Integration: Event-driven architecture, NATS (or Kafka/Pulsar), messaging patterns
  • Backend: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST/gRPC
  • Cloud: AWS (EKS/ECS, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, Terraform)
  • API: OpenAPI/AsyncAPI, versioning, governance
  • Frontend: React/TypeScript (working knowledge)
