- Key Responsibilities:
- Automated Test Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Ensure test scripts are modular, reusable, and adhere to best practices.
- Test Execution & Analysis:
- Execute automated test cases to validate ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and upgrades.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work collaboratively with developers and administrators to resolve issues.
- Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Communication:
- Excellent communication skills to understand requirements and create test scenarios.
