Responsibilities
Senior QA with Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) expertise. It is mandatory to have testing experience of Monitoring and alerting testing (preferably Azure Monitor) and basic knowledge of Incident management testing on ServiceNow. It is desirable to have knowledge of NFR categories (Availability, Maintainability, Serviceability, Security, IT Controls), though not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills are required to communicate and collaborate with various Workstream owners as part of OAT.
