Own the architecture, security, and operations of SAP SaaS platforms (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, IBP, SAC, SAP BTP). Define tenant/landscape strategy, ensure secure integrations and reliable releases, and drive compliance and cost efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define target architecture, tenant strategy, and standards for SAP SaaS.
  • Govern identity, SSO, and provisioning with IAS/IPS and enterprise IdPs.
  • Lead integrations using SAP Integration Suite; standardize APIs/events.
  • Orchestrate releases and changes; maintain runbooks and cutover plans.
  • Implement monitoring and incident/problem management via Cloud ALM.
  • Enforce security baselines, audit logging, and compliance controls.
  • Oversee data flows, retention, and privacy across products.
  • Track licenses/consumption; optimize costs and vendor engagements.

Required Experience

  • 8-12 years in SAP Basis/platform; 3+ years architecting SAP SaaS.
  • Hands‑on with S/4HANA Cloud and at least two of SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, SAC.
  • Strong in SSO (SAML/OAuth), RBAC/SoD, and SCIM provisioning.
  • Proven integration design with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and API governance.
  • Practical experience with Cloud ALM, CBC, and SaaS transport/change patterns.
  • Familiar with ITIL and controls in regulated environments.
