- Bordereaux (BDX) expertise: understand BDX structures, data quality issues, and delegated authority processes; define analytics?ready requirements.
- Demand management: establish governed intake and prioritisation; facilitate discovery workshops; maintain a transparent backlog of BDX?driven analytics.
- Operational analytics delivery: specify and validate exception reports, exposure insights, and compliance reporting; define success metrics and alert thresholds.
- Data integration and architecture: distinguish tool?based reporting versus enterprise data platform use; specify integration of BDX with policy/financial data and downstream consumers.
